Siterwell Achieves Strategic Milestone with Vietnam Smart Factory Topping-Out Ceremony
June 13, 2025 – Siterwell has reached a pivotal moment in its global expansion with the structural completion of Workshop #1 at its Vietnam smart manufacturing base. This state-of-the-art facility in Quang Ninh Province marks a decisive step in establishing Siterwell’s world-class smart safety manufacturing network.

A Ceremony of Global Significance
At the topping-out event, Siterwell leadership highlighted the project’s role in the company’s international supply chain strategy:
- Mr. Huang Yipin emphasized: "Vietnam is more than a production hub—it’s the foundation of our agile global supply chain. With ‘safety and quality at its core,’ this facility will enhance our competitiveness across international markets." He acknowledged the teams’ efforts in overcoming challenges to meet rigorous timelines.

- Mrs. Hu Qicong, Vietnam Project Director, credited Chairman Wang Jiejun’s vision and local government support: "Despite extreme weather and logistics complexities, our partners delivered precision engineering. This facility will bring advanced manufacturing jobs to Quang Ninh while aligning with global sustainability standards."

Why This Matters for Global Clients
- Strategic Location: The Vietnam base strengthens Siterwell’s ability to serve North American and European markets with reduced lead times and tariff advantages.
- Smart Production: Equipped with AI-driven automation and IoT systems, the factory will produce next-generation fire alarms and safety devices with higher efficiency and lower carbon footprint.
- Local Commitment: Hundreds of skilled positions will be created, reinforcing Siterwell’s role as a responsible corporate partner in Southeast Asia.
Looking Ahead
With Phase 1 construction on track for 2026 operational launch, Siterwell is poised to:
- Scale production capacity greatly to meet rising global demand
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Accelerate R&D for smart home safety solutions tailored to EU/NA standards
"This facility isn’t just about growth—it’s about delivering smarter, faster safety solutions worldwide," noted Mrs. Hu.
